A key part of the class are on-page technique classes in which we focus on developing the technical abilities - knowing the page and learning tricks, strengthening the body, toning, strength and flexibility.
Pole Dance (Paul Dance)
In these classes we will perform a pole dance workshop and combine classical and modern dance with pole acrobatics.
We selected music pieces and built together with Jose Rodriguez an exciting choreography and we will see how the page fits well into it.
Vinyasa Yoga for Dancers
In class we will embark on a rhythmic and movement journey to strengthen our connection with the body and stabilize proper movement.
The class focuses on muscle extension, movement in space, building strength for body and core weight work, while relaxing the body and pleasant work - medicine for busy muscles!
Hoop and tissue
Learning acrobatics on a hoop and flying combinations, tricks and movements, it's basically dancing and acrobatics on a hoop and flying.
To improve muscle flexibility and body mobility through stretching on a bar and on the ground.
Aerial acrobatics for children and youth
Ground gymnastics class for graduates. Start right from the ground up with an emphasis on floor exercises that can come in a child with the pillar such as: rolling, rolling, hand resistance, foot, foot, back / forward, etc.
